The big news last week is that the judge ruled in favor of allowing the FHA gift program to continue which allows the seller to pay the required 3% buyer down payment. 
 
Why is this such good news?  Because with the tightening of the credit industry, it is getting harder and harder to approve buyers with any blimishes on their credit unless they are putting down a lot of money.  And, unfortunately, most buyers in are market are not in that category.  FHA is the way to go for most buyers right now and we know how to close FHA loans!
 
So, call me and I will show you how this works so your buyers will be very happy and you will be their hero for recommending me to them!
 
And if you have a jumbo buyer, ask them if I can get them a really good competitive rate and this help you win them over too!!

In April, Maya Angelou was interviewed by Oprah on
her 70+ birthday. Oprah asked her what she thought of
growing older.

And, there on television, she said it was 'exciting.'
Regarding body changes, she said there were many,
occurring every day. They seem to
be in a race to see which will reach her waist, first.

The audience laughed so hard they cried. She is such a
simple and honest woman, with so much wisdom in her
words!

Maya Angelou said this:

This week brings us the release of four economic releases for the bond and mortgage markets to digest along with a 10-year Treasury Note auction. None of the important economic news is scheduled for release until Thursday. Two of the four reports are considered to be of high importance to the markets. This means that we will likely see the most movement in rates the latter part of the week.
